We work very hard to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase you make from W8Less.

Sometimes it may be necessary to change the size, color or model in order to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We are happy to replace an unsuitable item within 14 days of purchase. The replacement product must be sent in its original packaging, with a price tag, without signs of wear.

In order for the product you have chosen to fit the first time, we are always happy to help you with advice on the size and style of the model when placing an order.

Purchase returns

We are very sorry if, for any reason, the purchased product did not suit you or you changed your mind about keeping it.

We will help you arrange a return and we are sure that next time we will be able to find something that you like.

You can issue a return within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging, with a price tag, without signs of wear.

Refunds for the goods will be made within 3 working days from the moment we receive the return.
