Shipping within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta. Shipping costs are paid by the customer upon delivery. International shipping is available worldwide via Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery times: EU & UK — 7–10 days (approx. €20), USA, Australia & Asia — 1–3 weeks (approx. $25). International shipping costs are included in the invoice.
Payment, Exchange & Returns:
We operate on a full prepayment basis. After placing an order, we confirm product availability and send a payment link via LiqPay or bank transfer details. Exchanges or returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are covered by us in case of a defect or our mistake.
